You can cancel an order any time before it is dispatched. Once an order has been handed to the courier it can no longer be cancelled.
If your order arrives wrong, damaged, short or — for live plants — dead on arrival, we will replace it or refund you.
To make a claim, contact us within 12 hours of delivery with a clear photo or video of the item and packaging. This applies to every category: seeds, vermicompost and live plants.
Claims made after the 12-hour window, or without photo/video proof. Because germination and growth depend on sowing, soil, water and weather after delivery, we can’t offer refunds on those outcomes.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. We’ll confirm the timeline when we approve your claim.
